Here is copy of certified letter I have sent to James E. T*******, Topless Auto Shop owner: Mr. T*******, I have tried repeatedly over the past few weeks to get in contact with you regarding a new top for my 2013 Mini Cooper Roadster. I paid you a deposit of $600 on November 14, 2022 in anticipation of your ordering a new top and installing it in a reasonable amount of time. At that time you estimated the job could be completed in as little as one-and-one-half weeks. I have heard nothing from you even though I have twice been to your place of business and spoken with people there, leaving my information with your girlfriend the first time, and with you the second time. And yet, you have not responded. I have also called you at both ************ and ************ repeatedly on several days since my last visit with you on January 12 2023. I have also texted you seeking a response and refund of my $600. It appears that the best course of action is for you to agree to meet me in order to complete the refund process. Please respond as soon as possible.
