              There business sucks the big one, I have ask them many times to come to my house so I could show them the problem and no one would come; or when I call the say they know what it is and they will fix the problem and never did. Now maybe a little of this is my fault because they work on my yard before and did a shitty job but the guy begged me to come back and he would listen and come out and I thought it would be different and hired them again and this time it was worst then before. So I cancel my service with the again and told the guy I never wanted him or his people in my yard again because this one weed that they promise to kill was taking over my yard without them doing anything about it. After talking to them and letting him know how I felt a month later I got a bill that read they came out and service the yard. Called them and the owner sword to me that it was a mistake an not to worry abut it. Well its going on 4 months of getting statement after statement with the same $60.00

              Beware. We had service on our yard last season and then cancelled after season end. This year without no notice they randomly came and sprayed our yard. It made our dogs sick. Worse, it could have made my children sick. Now they are trying to bill us for a service we didnt want. They were trespassing on our property, made our dogs sick, and want us to pay for it!

              I would like to help this person but not sure they are a customer that we have ***********************. If they are in fact, we are not sure if this pertains but our service does continue from season to season and to make changes they would need to call our office. All cancelled accounts should be given a cancel number for their confirmation. Our service rolling over is stated on invoices and our prepay emails/letters we send out each year before the service starts. We are pet friendly at 4-Evergreen and would never intentionally harm a pet. We apologize for anything we may have done that could possibly cause an issue but I dont know how to access the account details without the proper name and address.
