Will not ship in 2-3 day as it says on Memphis Shades website more like 10 days if your lucky a tired donkey slapped on the a** would get it to you faster Find another provider if possible.. I had to select 1 star rating and they dont deserve that.. Totally unhappy with the service

Memphis shades continuously does false advertisement they make you order the fairing in the windshield they tell you that the mounting hardware will be included then never send it and say you didn't order it I highly recommend anybody looking for a fairing look elsewhere do not order from Memphis shades they are a trash bag s*** company who rips off its customers.

Ordered a windshield and mount kit. Sent multiple emails asking for an update as it wouldn't be more than a 2-day delivery based on location and they made no mention of back order. I also reached out to the on ********* No response to emails or ********* I called customer service and was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady was clueless and couldn't give a date of when it would ship and said she couldn't even find it out. I cancelled my order and order the same thing from **** with 4 day shipping. Why does the company even sell direct to public if it takes two weeks just to get an answer? I like their product but never deal direct with this lousy company!!!!!!!!!

Well at this point I feel mislead which I hate and wont let go! I ordered a bullet fairing and mount kit . From Memphis shades . On saturday website says 2-3 business days to ship. Today is Wednesday so they got their 3 business days . Well today I find out its actually up to 7 business days to ship? They say. ?? cant stand it when a business doesnt do what they say ! Change the website. Up to 7 days to ship or when we get to it.

I made a purchase directly on Memphis Shades site for a 2016 Street Glide, 2 Items, 6.5 Winshield Smoked which is already trashed due to subpar quality and a Fairing windshield trim chrome which is starting to show its bad quality as well. Please ********************* here. Might as well save some more and go with Klockwerks.

I ordered a part and realized it was the wrong one only an hour later. I emailed them saying it was the wrong one and asked to cancel the order. They got back to me but still sent the part anyway and did not address my question for stopping the order so I could reorder the right one. 4 months have passed and they claim to have not received the part I sent back and still I have not been refunded!!! Almost $400I am beyond disappointed. Do not shop here.

Memphis Shades not only has so many Great products, I have the Road Warrior fairing on 2 of my Bikes and the Batwing on my 3rd with a designed trim on the front and I was able to get a sportshield for my Batwing In a Black Smoke color that is the perfect tint for me. They have always done good by me. When I lost 2 of the screws for my Road Warrior Fairing, I just emailed their customer service person named ***** and he sent them out to me the same day and he was able to help me figure out how to install the Batwing Fairing onto my Road Star Warrior by him getting me a custom kit just so I could Install the Batwing onto my ******* I know while ***** was hitting the hardest they had longer shipping times but I made my last purchase on July 22,2022 and received everything by July 28,2022 and he even walked me through the install over the phone, he also sent me a free replacement for one of my Road Warrior ******* after I accidently cracked it when it was off of the bike and my BIG clumsy self-stepped right on it. I did have to send the broken shield in 1st in order to recieve the new shield but I had it within 1.5 weeks. I just wanted to Thank ***** and Memphis Shades for all the help they have given me over the years of buying their products. From EasyRider

Upon ordering the wrong $150 part, I returned the part to Memphis Shades. They claimed they never received it, and refused to issue a refund. They've stolen my money, kept my returned part, and should be ashamed of how this situation was handled. Will absolutely never order again.

They sent me the wrong hardware for my bike and refused to refund or exchange it

I ordered the wrong year windshield for ******.....I contacted Memphis shields about my mistake and they said send it back for a refund....I did so and they received it on 7/24/2021....It is now 8/24/2021 and still no refund to my ******* account....Please help getting my refund....Thank You Mike S********
