    Complaint Against:-Advanced Product Merchandise Company and ******************* (head of sales)-33605 ***************************************** -Phone # ************ / after hours ************ -Email: ****************** Product, **************************************************** TBR7D Motorcycle Date Purchased: September 1st, 2021 -Purchase Price: $1626.00 -Customer: ******************* -Account #: ******* To whom it may concern,I have had numerous issues with Advance Product Merchandise Company and one of their employees, *******************. On September 1, 2021, I purchased a motorcycle(TBR7D) with 4 day shipping for $1626. The motorcycle didn't arrive until Sept. 15, 2021. The motorcycle arrived and was damaged. I spoke with *******************, took photos of the damaged product and sent them to ******************* as instructed. On Sept. 16, 2021 the motorcycle was sent back to the company and was received by them on Oct. 7, 2021. On Oct. 11, 2021 a new replacement motorcycle was sent out and received by me on Oct. 15, 2021. During the time period between 9-15-21 and 10-15-21, I had a handful of conversations with ******************* and all the delays involved from the date of purchase (9-1-21) to Oct. 15, 2021. He blamed all the various delays on the ************* truck drivers though out the country that don't know what they are doing. When I received the motorcycle on 10-15-21, there were no instructions on finalizing the assembly of the motorcycle. I contacted ******************* regarding the final assembly of the motorcycle. He wasn't very helpful at all, going off topic continuously, taking about *********************** and guns. I have a friend that has been repairing dirt bikes and motorcycles for ************************************************** with the final assembling of said product. As we are putting the motorcycle together, we notice that it is actually missing some parts. This takes place on 10-22-21 and I inform ******************* about the missing parts and furnish him with the *************** Ill add to this via PFD as Im out of room

    This company is truly a scam. I placed an order for a KPM200 bike on 9/1/2021 and the payment is made on the same day. The merchant did not ship the product for almost 7 months. I have made constant calls and follow-up every 2 weeks and he (Don H***** - Who owns this company) comes back with the same excuse that it is due to the issue at the California port and it will be sorted out with in weeks. But nothing happened and he cancelled the order on March 7, 2022 and said the amount will be fully re-funded with in 48 hours. It is more than 5 weeks (4/12/2022) post cancellation, I haven't received my money yet and absolutely NO RESPONSE to my calls and emails. Please stay away from this business and Don! You will surely thank me for this review!

    The Customer requested for the order to be canceled and then requested not to cancel the order the same day. We had offered to cancel and refund him several times as the issues with the port in Long Beach, CA. was difficult for any importer to get their products into, cleared, and moved out. We issued the refund and canceled his order on March 3rd but with the recent cancelation, our processor debited our account but did not release the funds to him due to the chargeback he filed after the refund was requested. We have a confirmation receipt, from our processor, that the funds were submitted to his account on April 13th. If he needs a copy of the confirmation receipt on his refund to present to his card provider all he had to do was ask. The chargeback after the refund request created his delay, not myself nor this company.

    The company responds to may be 1 out of 10 calls. Same for the emails as well. Can they please send the confirmation receipt that they have processed the refund?

    We just sent the receipt to Mr. V****** as requested. The communication line stopped after the comments about our company were made. Mr. V****** was offered a refund several times over the course of this order. His refund was issued and the monies were removed from our account.
