I started working with Lois from CNB back in late October 2021. I applied for a home loan and was told I was approved for USDA. It wasn't enough so I decided to get a co-signer and go the FHA route.Lois was told from the beginning that the co-signer was not living with me and she was only co-signing. I was given the run around with everything. I was very upfront and supplied all documentations that were asked of me. I was told student loans were counted in our income and that affected us. At this point, Connie was brought in to help assist with the loan. Anytime I had questions, they would answer anything but the actual question and left us so confused. I found a house and I was left to be the middle man of the lenders and the realtor. I had to call and go back and forth with what the lender needed or asked and she wouldn't call the realtor even with me asking her to since I was staying so confused. I signed a contract stating appraisal was $625 and then a few weeks later received an email saying it was $775. I paid and went forward with the house. I paid earnest money and had a closing date. We had to ask for 2 extensions even though we had a 60 day closing because the lenders waited til the last moment to send everything to the underwriter. At that point, the underwriter had to ask for documentation from me and each time the lenders never explained or offered to help me explain what I needed. We were left to figure everything out on our own. I was then told on Jan 12, 2022 that I was denied with no explanation. Any question I asked, Lois told me to speak to Connie, which I haven't heard from. I had to ask multiple time for a denial letter and was told they didn't know how it when I would get one. I finally was emailed one but still haven't heard from their boss. I have called and left messages and emailed as well. The new lender is having to fix this whole mess and now I have lost the house I wa s supposed to get. Very Bad communication and lenders.Business response
