We went on 11/10 around 7pm. An employee named Ian told my wife, "I wish you would have went to McDonald's." Her Cajun Chicken sandwich on Gluten-free bun was missing the Tomato and Lettuce and she only asked that there be no jalapeños. They also took longer to make our sandwiches and it wasn't that busy when went. I sent this info to corporate and there response was, sorry for your trouble and here's a 1000 points for your trouble. No offer to replace the sandwich or nothing. I had to complain to corporate because I called the store and asked to talk to speak to a manager and they put me on hold so long I had to hang up. This is the worst Firehouse I've been too. Everytime we go in the crew is acting stupid and sometimes talking negatively about employees they don't like. This also was going on when we were there.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sub sandwich 1 for **** and when I put in my debit card the worker said redo it again so I did then it looked like to me I was to entered pin so I got 2, of my numbers entered then it gave me receipt saying my total was ***** I said what the receipt said I gave ****** tip I did not and told the worker that demanded a refund they could not do that it give credit they called the owner so I called my bank my bank sent letter to me said firehouse sub owed me this was on ,9-22-2023 it's now 10-17-23 no credit yet I have receipt and all this is just wrongCustomer response

Yesterday 11-1-2023 after left message w you all I called firehouse subs myself and spoke to them again and they said all I have to do is come back and they will refund the money I live 4hours away they known this all along so I have them my address and they will mail it we will see thank you l will let you know if i do get it
