We have been totally dissatisfied with our experience with switch it. Multiple calls with no response. Our old time share is still billing us despite being told Switch It would cover these expenses. Oncd they have your money you never hear from them again.

Hello! I believe there is some confusion here. This client signed on with a third party company who he paid. That company uses us for the title and transfer work for the timeshare. We have not been paid by the client. Also our notes indicate we have been in touch with the client many times through his ongoing process. Maybe this was meant for the company he met with and paid? Joelle did an excellent job in keeping me informed as to the status of my time share with the paperwork involved. I began to work with Switch It on 9-9-24 to eliminate my time shares. On 10/17/24, Joelle received the file to start the process of moving forward with the one timeshare exit. On 1/2/25, I received a letter from Joelle that this timeshare is completed and gone. 1 starIt has been over a year since process was started to get rid of our timeshare. have called left messages but no response. Have sent emails requesting $2000 to be refunded so I can go with a company that can get the job done. Still no response. Another years maintenance fee will be coming up soon. This business is unreliable. They advertise services and promises they cannot fulfill. Emails and phone calls are made but they aren't answered. There isn't any credibility to their business. We are still waiting for our timeshare to be transferred. It has been almost two years. Still paying maintenance fees, we want a refund.Switch It Title Exchange, LLC

We apologize for the situation with this transfer. As we have explained to the client, Shell Vacation Club had an internal issue (we have record of this) that lead to files being delayed. Unfortunately, the new owner we had no longer wanted the property after waiting over 6 months for the closing to take place. The resort requires sellers to maintain fees until done. It's a trap that we wish didn't exist and the very reason people come to us for our services. We're still working on this file and are having to locate a new owner. We cannot discuss a refund as this client did not pay our company. They were sent to us by a referring group. We will assist in any way possible!

Today I received a copy of the recorded deed transfer out my name and back to the resort, mailed to me by Switch it. They provided the exit request document which required notarization. After about a month they asked if I had received the recorded deed transfer which I had not. They told me they would follow up and sent me the recorded copy. They did follow up on a time schedule throughout the 6 months almost to the day. I was skeptical and concerned that I had been taken by another timeshare scheme. While I was required by the soliciting company to purchase an RCI program which I did voluntarily. Elements of that aspect I still need to sort out. The evening of the presentation I had applied for an RCI credit card. On that evening a temporary credit card number was created and I was charged the full amount unrelated to switch it. The card had a zero percent interest rate for 8? Months. I was unaware of the limited interest free timeframe. Theoretically there is an annuity involved that after the 10 year RCI program period you receive the entire cost back. Again nothing to do with switch it. For my review switch it they did an outstanding job. I was unaware that an additional deposit to the timeshare in order to accomplish the exit. Switch it did exactly what they said they would in a professional, possibly understaffed timely manner.Switch It Title Exchange, LLC

It took about 1 1/2 years to get us out of our timeshare but Switch It Title Exchange got it done for us. We are very grateful to them. Sometimes they wouldn't get back to us on the phone for a few days but they finally did. I was not a easy person to deal with being nervous and worried all the time but they would always assure me that it would get done and it did. As of 2 days ago we have ended our timeshire. I would recommend them to anyone who whats to resolve their timeshare. They will get it done. It just takes more time than you think. We attended a presentation the end of February 2024 - this was a random mailing. My husband and I had talked of dissolving our time share as our children were not interested in taking it over and everyone we talked to, including our estate lawyer had no clue on how to get rid of it. We agreed to the asking price (it was stiff but it would have been 3 years of maintenance fees) and proceeded with them. They were professional at all times, kept us apprised of the status of our request and just last week we got a recorded copy of our deed with the property transferring to someone else. They did say it could take up to 9 months for completion and it took 6. We loved our Hilton time share, but it was no longer right for us. We were very pleased with the company and are happy to have this transfer resolved.Switch It Title Exchange, LLC
