Beware, beware. This company reports being highly experienced with concrete & waterproofing and in business for over 30 years. My experience with them has demonstrated otherwise. My background: 35 years in construction, everything from residential to tunnel construction. They stated that I was the most difficult client ever, this after I questioned them on their stated methods vs actual construction and attempted to hold them accountable for the workmanship. They performed sloppy work. There were several times that they agreed with my concerns and I was told that they would correct them, but when it came time to do the rework, they stated that the rework was up to them and they were not doing the rework. I made several requests to get an invoice for the work that actually described all of the work provided, twice was promised they would provide, they never provided. They provide a warranty that if I had seen it prior to the work I would have never allowed them to perform the work. I believe that because the warranty relieved their liability for certain parts of the work performed (that they knew prior to starting) they decided not to fix what should have been completed as I was told would be addressed. There was issue of damage to the block wall that was discovered after they had worked in the same location three times. They did not deny that they caused the damaged, rather simply ignored requests for resolution and would not supply a copy of their insurance so a claim could be filed. I have photos and well documented account. To this end, I was told they would provide waterproofing that would give me a dry basement, after a 2-inch plus rain there were wet areas in the basement. I also requested a response and resolution to this issue and again was ignored. In lieu of resolving the issues, they had an attorney send a threat letter. I do not recommend this company for concrete, waterproofing or any other construction work..
