Went for a oil change. Wed.8/XX X:XXa.m. Employee broke the dip stick off down into the tube. Could not get it out after a hour of trying.I was giving a card by employee & was told to call **** ***** at ******* Automotive and the company would take care of it employee stated as the company was liable for repairing the damage. Came home called & a date was set for Mon.9am 8/29 I took my car there &Tue.8/30 3:23pm ******** calls me to let me know that he had not heard from ****** manger @ Strickland Brother's.Stated he had tried many times to contact them but no answer. Mr. ***** needed confirmation that he would be paid. I called as soon as our conversation ended & was told by ****** he would have to call Regional manger again.Ask him to call me as soon as he found out what was going on didn't call back. I called again 8:21am 8/31 Spoke with ****** manger he stated he had spoke with Mr. ******* *** & Mr.*** would be calling ******** to confirm that they would pay the damage.I said good i really need my car & thank you & ended the call. 4:12pm Mr.*** called me stated he did not have knowledge of what had took place apologized & said he would call finance & call ******** &settle thisA.S.A.P.even stated he would call me back as soon as he had finish calling. I waited till 5:17 pm & called ******** & he stated again that he hasn't heard anything at all from ****** or Mr. ***.Tried to call Mr.*** 4 more time. No answer or goes to voice mail can not leave message or just hangs up or busy signal.I have been waiting sense Mon.for the only transportation i & my child have.I Just want my car back & what they broke fixed.. I don't understand why its so hard for a big Company to just do the responsible thing fix what they broke. So this matter could be laid to rest...It has taking longer to keep giving me a run around then it would to fix it. I'm trying but i need my only transportation fix so i can get to where i need to go.... Thank you.Business response
