      On December 14, 2021, I told this provider who my insurance carrier would be for 2022,******* ******, and the co-pay amount for $0. In March 2022, when I asked for my $240 credit back,******* ****** disclosed that she was out of network and didn't know who my provider was... October of 2021, I did the same thing gave her a verbal statement, telling the provider who my insurance company was..she responded ok. My concern is that when I asked her for credit dollars back to me from when I was paying cash at the start of the consultation, that's when she disclosed that she was out of network, leaving me with a $700 bill to her. The provider is with holding $240 which she is reducing a little at a time for whatever reason, and looking to get $460 or more from me in an inappropriate minor. She claims that she did not know who my insurance carrier was when I spoke to her about it in March, but she was billing the insurance carrier on each of the seven visits. I feel violated, and have tried to get help in negotiating this situation with the provider from my insurance company, I don't know what to do and have expressed that to the provider and the insurance company. The provider then told me that the insurance company has offered to pay for all of the 2022 visits, my insurance company******* ****** told me they did not agree to pay... but to change her temporarily to a non service non provider. At this point I am concerned that the provider,******* ****** will try to take more money out of my bank account to pay for this situation. The only part that I should have done was not trust her but check with the insurance company myself to see if she was a provider, I'd given a verbal statement for my insurance company from 2021 and trusted that she did accept the insurance there was no problem. Since that is the case,******* ****** return my now $230, and accept the cost of the 7 visits as $0 co-pay which is what I told her in December my co-pay was for 2022******* ******.
