      I purchased tickets for two tables and a parking pass to the Smokey Mountain Air Show back for their September show as a gift for my dad who is a Navy Veteran. We were all traveling there from different states to meet for the event. My husband had gotten ***** just prior to the event and we were all unable to attend as we did not want to risk spreading it, especially to my father who was going through cancer treatments. We had reached out to the event and multiple times via email they confirmed with me that I had wanted all my money back including the cost of the parking pass. (The total was about $1,600) when it came to actually issue the refund, they went silent and disappeared. It think it's awful you'd make someone pay that much money when a virus had to keep us from attending! This is insane and I would like the refund they agreed to give me!

      The ticket buyer needs to contact the event directly.  Our name is NOT on the customers credit card statement, we did not collect the money.  Our Client is the ********* Airport and THEY said NO REFUNDS not **.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      ********* airport stated YOU are the responsible party. My emails regarding a refund were from your employee at and yes, you are the one I paid. I didnt pay the airport, I purchased a ticket through you and your agent agreed to a refund!! You are all a bunch of thieves, I guess I shouldve shown up with a member of our party having Covid and put my father who was in cancer treatments, and everyone else at risk! Absolutely ridiculous!! That fact that you can knowingly charge someone $1,600 for an event they couldnt attend is disgusting.

      The customer needs to contact the people that collected the money.  We supplied the ticketing service.  The name on their credit card was not AttendStar.  File a complaint with your credit card company.  We did not collect the money.
