they do not keep their promise after i already paid 90% of total bill, they also charged me items that was never installed or re imburse me for the items i bought and labor. they also did not pick up trash after job was completed. also, any discounts that to owner said we were getting never was applied to the remaining balance. he then sent the bill for $8706.19 then changed it to $9506.19. he then said that the discount for windows and doors is between me and the company, but he had me go with his company he trusted which was a mistake because the owner screwed up the order and sent the wrong order. which Lousie text me and said i would get a $1500 credit. which he never gave me on balance as well as charging me for items that we never installed. Which he said he world credit me. but never did. he also has not paid his sub contractor what was owed him, i found out. He also did not send the same electrician out to label the breaker box.(which is labeled wrong) i have asked to do a final walk through with him ,he has never came by to do and he said they would do a final cleaning which was never done. he also through away the storm doors that should of been put back on and now he wont replace them or the other mirror in the bathroom that was there when the took it apart, Also be aware that they take other jobs trash and if you rented a dumpster they will come dump there trash in it. or he will lie and say he paid for a extra dumpster but never did. all he cares about is the money and not making the customer happy.(its not the money i am worry about because i spent over 65k so far so i not worried about 8,706.19.(but i want him to be a man of his word and give me the credits that is owed me, that is all,(but he wont even call me to try to come to a reasonable solution that we both agree to. he wont even do that. that shows what type of character he is. his work is not bad over all but its Aron who does the work not louis. if was me i would hire Aron his sub contractorPremier Quality Home Improvements LLC Response

I am deeply sorry you feel this way. It wasn't until we were finishing up you wanted Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC to give you a discount on items that are not somewhat to us. I'll be glad to post the last invoice on this site so you can be proven you are lying on things that were credited back to you. Also, nevertheless, I didn't order the windows. You meet with the window company and choose your window and color. Once you decide on the window, we place an order; Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC pays for them. If you would like your credit of $1500, you must take it with the window company that made the error by ordering white windows instead of clay color. About trash it when I was on medical leave due to covid. You probably forgot that I mentioned once I get back to give me a copy of the invoice you paid for trash pick up, and you never did so. I did say that gives me a copy of the paid invoice; we will deduct it from the final invoice. On the contract, it stated one punch list. When the punch list was complete, you turned in a second, third, fourth, and fifth final punch list. On contact, it says one free Punch list after the first one $35 hourly rate. Also, on the last Dumpster, it was no charge. We had to rent one additional dumpster and it was not charged to you for the same reason I use Dumpster. You said I never met with you well that is another lie. Once again I am deeply sorry for the way you feel. Dear Louie, there was not custom glass door installed in the master bathroom, don't know where you got that from, it proves that you lied. also where is my smart switches and shockers you promise that you charged me for? and the breaker box is not labeled correctly. Because we had a led light go out and i went to turn the light off in the kitchen as its written on the breaker box.(kitchen lights well its wrong. I just tried to call you and i sent a photo of the master bathroom,(showing no custom glass door.) you wont even respond. You charge 1100.00 for frameless shower door, please show me in the photo i sent to your phone where is the frameless shower door??Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC Response

Dear Louie. It's been 4 days after you finally admitted that your invoice was wrong and you were going to adjust it and send me a new invoice. Still I had to send you a text and a photo showing you that your invoice was wrong before you admitted the error. It wasn't you finding the mistake. See this is what is wrong people. As a contractor your guys did great work but as you as keeping track of the invoices you need alot of improvement. It's a shame that it take all this to get you to realize your mistake.and yes you apologized for the mistake on the invoice but not an apology for calling me a lier as you wrote. And as far as the discount for the door and windows that you recommend the company and you Sent me a text on the discount and I paid for the door and windows up front to you.and you won't take any responsibility for it after I spent 65k to you with not a single objection from me till now. The Last 10% because I saw your mistake. Well people this is what you will get when you hire this company. (But the sub contractor does great work) get my invoice changed with the difference with me getting rid of the trash your people left and the other mistake you made on the bathroom so we can move on. (People keep a good eye on your invoices because he can change them without letting you know about it. I won't make the Same mistake again thanks for the lesson Louie. They did a fantastic job on making my old home look new. I had kitchen and bath remodeling as well as my backyard turned into a useful area to enjoy quiet nights on the patio or invite family for holidays. Premier came out and did a bathroom remodel and home addition to our home. We expected to be without the bathroom for a while, but premier really jumped in and got the job done, several days ahead of schedule. We are really thankful for Louie and all his crew's hard work. We had an appointment scheduled on 11/16/21 for Louis to come to the house for an estimate on some remodeling projects. We received both emailed and texted confirmations of the appointment and even received a text reminder 1 hour before the appointment. The appointment time came and went with no one showing up or calling.
I called the office 30 min after the appointment time asking if someone was coming. All the women said was "Louis isn't available" and said he would call me back.
Hours later no one called or showed up. I then sent an email and a PM on ******** asking if someone would contact me and all I got was silence. I was pretty shocked at the disrespect for our time and the unprofessional attitude. My husband and I scheduled our work days around this appointment. A simple phone call asking to reschedule would have been fine, as I understand that life happens and things come up. But the complete silence and unresponsiveness was surprising.
I find it hard to believe that a company can continue running a successful business if this is how they treat potential clients. Needless to say, we will not be using them, nor will we recommend them to others.Premier Quality Home Improvements LLC Response

Thanks for replying but we never received any calls, texts or messages the next day, or any day thereafter. That simply did not happen. We understand emergencies happen and things sometimes need to be rescheduled, but it's taken me submitting this complaint to receive any sort of response from your company.
