            On 9/12 I made my first call to attempt to cancel my membership with the club. The call was not answered nor returned. Another 3 call attempts were made on 9/28 in attempt to cancel the membership with no answer or message back from the club. Another 3 calls and an email informing the club of my intent to cancel finally resulted in a call from the club. The club proceeded to say that cancellation was not possible, and refused to read any specific verbage in the agreement summary that proved this statement. The club then said to call back "after you read the agreement summary." After 15 minutes, there was no response from the club when I called back. It then proceeded to take 12 calls to the club to receive a response. The club continued to state that cancellation was not possible, but refused to provide any documentation on cancellation forms and policies when requested. The club then hung up. On 10/1/2021 another call to the club was made after no reply to an email with no response.
