Forwarded from google business review don't normally give a business a 1 star rating. Here you go. I really wish the business would've gave me more time at the shop or recommended someone for mechanic work for my Tow Truck. I am now having to move my tow truck to a different mechanic after being told by the staff at hyper hydraulics that they cannot work on my vehicle until I certified mechanic checks everything out. He explain to me that what I need it just wasn't what he wanted to work on until the winter! I will be picking up my tow truck tomorrow I am definitely not recommend using this business in the future. Need an explanation for this business why they have business practices like this.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/28) */ Contact Name and Title: ****** *****, owner Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ******@**********.com After talking to ***** on the phone about his tow truck, I asked if he could bring it by to take a look at it because he wasn't able to explain the work needed. He only stated that it needed to have a few hydraulic hoses connected and the previous owner had stated it should be about $*XX-XXXX to repair. After looking at the truck and talking to *****, I let him know that he had $*XXX-XXXX or more of work needed and the scope of work was beyond what our business does. He needed engine and electrical work done prior to any hydraulic work being performed. He manipulated the conversation, trying to get me to concede that I should be able to take his truck to various shops to get all the work done. He kept stating that it's a small town and people help people. Multiple times he stated that he wanted to pay a weekly $*** until all work was paid for. I continued to explain to him that the scope of work is beyond what our business model is and that it isn't something we could do and that we also do not do payment plans. The constant manipulation of my words with phrases like "so what I heard you say..." is also very frustrating. I explained our business model to ***** that we take in cylinders and hoses that are not on equipment. He did not want to hear that. I told him that we occasionally take on a project, but not until winter when our work slows down. Once he had his electrical and engine work we could discuss repairs to the hydraulics then. We did not service this vehicle because we are not an automotive repair shop, we don't do engine tune-ups, we don't fabricate custom made brackets to mount belt driven hydraulic pumps, we are not electricians, we don't do body work or rust removal. We are unable to provide a quote on the hydraulic work needed because the hydraulic system is currently non functional. Beyond these items above, I did not authorize him to allow a mobile mechanic to perform work on his vehicle while in our parking lot. I also requested that his truck be removed by June 24. He did not get his truck until June 2*. Since ***** is unable to understand any of this...A conversation below is how one with a customer of *****'s might go... Customer: I have a truck I need towed, can you help? *****: Sure, what make and model? Customer: I'm not sure, it's grey and has four tires. *****: Ok I need to see it, I'll be there shortly. ..Upon arriving to see vehicle.. *****: This truck is a semi, I can't tow it with my truck. Customer: I thought you were a towing company, why can't you tow my truck? *****: Because your truck is too heavy for my wrecker to pull. Customer: So what I heard you say is even though you say you are a towing company, you don't tow trucks. *****: No, I'm unable to tow your truck, I tow lots of other vehicles. Your truck is bigger than what my wrecker can handle. Customer: I keep hearing you say that you are a towing company, but you aren't interested in towing my truck, what kind of business do you run? I have a truck that needs towed and I guess you just don't want to tow it, I am going to give you bad reviews because you don't want to tow my truck.
