      On June 2, 2024 I placed an on-line order for (3) FLO N GO SIPHON PUMP @ $49.95/ea and paid $149.85 through PayPal. On June 4, 2024 I received notification from PayPal that I received a refund from Ready Made Resources with a "Note from Ready Made Resources LLC: Product no longer available at this pricing." I wasted 2 days without the item I needed and they now have the same item on their website for the amount of $101.95 (which is outrageous!). They should honor the advertised price of $49.95.

      The item was discontinued by the manufacturer, while there is still a few devices on the market they are extremely difficult to find. We do have a source to get 2x HOWEVER our cost is 89.99 per device. After covering shipping to our facility to stock them or to a customers location we make almost 0 profit after credit card fees (or in this case PayPal Fees) and shipping. 

      We do apologize that the listing was incorrect on our site. We lost the owner of the company in December due to cancer and we have been sorting through over 5000 different products to confirm availability and stock. While most of them have been removed or fixed with pricing this was obviously missed.

      I ordered a total of 20 solar panels from Ready Made Resources, the order was placed via email with the sales representative (******). My credit card was charged $6800 on August 4th. This cost covered 20 panels at the price of $315 per panel and a $500 shipping charge. I received the initial shipment on August 19th and ALL solar panels were damaged in shipment so the shipment was rejected. . I received a second shipment on September 10th and accepted partial shipment. Of the 20 panels, only 13 were undamaged. The 7 damaged panels were rejected. Since September 10th, we have emailed and called Ready Made Resources main office, the owner (******), and the sales representative (******) numerous times with no response. There has been no returned phone call, no returned email. Seemingly, they have cut off all communication to resolve the issue. I am seeking a refund for the 7 damaged panels which total $2205.

      On May 24, 2022 we ordered a grain mill from the business Ready Made Resources LLC in Tellico Plains TN They charged our credit card that day for 359.95. I contacted them June 7, 2022 for a tracking number. I was told that my product would not ship until the end of July. I have contacted them 3 times since then to find out where my purchase is and now they have cut off all communication with me. They have charged my credit card and I'm going to have to get my credit card company to refund my money because I can't get them to answer my emails as to where it is and I've asked it be canceled and my money refunded.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/09/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) We have received a refund from this client, and the owner or manager of the business called us and apologized. He hadn't been made aware of any issues and was planning on taking it up with his employee as to why we were being treated as such. So all in all I don't think it is a bad company to buy from just they had some employee issues.

      On October 30th 2021 I purchased a 60 CFM NBC Room Filtration Complete System from Ready Made Resources for a total of $3878.38 invoice #64659 Transmission #43025650969. They advertised that the unit was "In Stock" but I had not heard anything from them about a delivery date. So I made a series of Emails beginning on November 8th asking for an estimated time I may expect delivery. Teresa responded back the next day (Nov 9th) with "I will look into this and get back with you". I did not hear back from Teresa so I re-emailed her again on Nov. 12th requesting a delivery date of the unit I purchased. I did not receive any reply back so I resent another email on Nov 18th noting she had not gotten back with me on a delivery date as she had promised. She returned my email she will look into it and get back with me. It has now been over 30 days since the company has taken my $ and will not respond on a delivery time. I sent them another email today (Dec. 7th) asking them to respond to my email request for delivery date. The last email I received from Teresa was on Nov 18th. I cannot contact them by telephone as both #'s are now disconnected. I do not want a refund, I would just like to receive the item I paid for. Almost $4000.00 is too much to write off. Please help me in receiving what I paid for. Thank You
