The Townsend/Great Smokies KOA has a couple of employees that have a horrible attitude about their visitors and they have the ability to charge parking penalty fees for no reason. Thursday Oct. 26th, I checked into my camp site beside two friends. We were told one car per site but visitors could park for 10 to 15 minutes to drop off infants as trick or treating was happening Saturday. We complied with their rules but I did move my truck during the 1.5 hours of festivities next to the 12 empty spots by the check-in. The employee at check out was rude when she came out to tell me I can't park my truck there overnight. I explained that it was only til 7 pm when trick or treating would conclude. She raised her voice and asked which camp site I was at. I told her and she seemed mad and said I would need to move after festivities, which I did. My friend beside me started getting harassed every thirty minutes about moving his trailer back and to not park his truck sideway. It was out of the road. Anyway, The mean people in office charges our credit cards $87.50 for additional cars for 4 days. I am disputing the charge but it was so upsetting to my wife that we left a day early. They ruined our weekend. I want my money back since that seems to be all these people care about. Thanks
