            The park is a nice setting, write up on it not completely truthful, only about 5 sites face the river for a river view. Customer service is great as long as it goes their way and it truly is all about greed. They charge ******** per month plus taxes and anything else they can add on. We came for 15 days, ****** per night plus all the "other" ******. We asked if they had availability for another 2 weeks and they did, another ********* making it almost $**** *or a month. Yes, legally we owe and paid this!! Ethically, we felt some discount would of been nice, when asking about a discount, they were internally laughing at us with a very satisfied NO on them. Personally and I can only hope others see the greed and unethical way of running a business! My advice, schedule for a month and if you don't stay, it didn't cost you!!! Our fun time in Tennessee turned to a unpleasant stay. We're just so disappointed and spent our spending $$$. Trust me the amenities are NOT worth almost ***** a month, they have a splash pool and a mini playground. We were told no pool because they don't want a bunch of kids.

            Our park offers two rates. Nightly and monthly (pricing list on our web site at: bigmeadowcampground). Legally there are different taxes that we must collect on the reservation. We always comply with state and county regulations. We sincerely regret that we could not please this customer. However, we were able to accommodate their specific request where other campgrounds could not accommodate their particular size unit. Submitted: 07/10/2024
