    My air conditioning unit is out, I was contacted by ****** ****** to set the appointment Monday 6.13.22. On 6.14.22. ****** reached out to me letting me know my home was the next home on the list and if my closet wasn't cleaned out they would skip me and reschedule. I told ****** that I was not advised the day prior to clean out the closet, ****** then asked if I myself would crawl into my attic and go to where the motor or part was take a picture and send it to her. Why would I do that without the proper instructions, how would I know where to look and what to look for? I told her no that I was not going climb into my attic and do the work that their company is paid to do. She then told me that if I didn't clean the closet out that the tech would not come out. I had to take off from work to clean the closet, when the tech came to look at it he advised me that I needed a new part. The same part they installed last year August of 2021. I called Thursday 6.16.22 to see when the part would come in and ****** told me that the truck had not arrived and she would call me back with an update, I never received a call. I called again today 6.17.22 to check on the status and ****** called me back telling me that the part hadn't arrived and that my air would be fixed when it would be fixed and that they had 17 other homes that were out as well. I asked why is she being so rude and irate and this is the business she works in. She then replied that I had been rude to her since she reached out Monday 6.13.22 and that is incorrect I've spoken to her with respect UNTIL she asked me to do work that their company is paid to do. My pet******* has **** due to the heat he **** 6.14.22 and I have an inflamed ********* from inhaling the hot air. I work from home so I am at home all day during the peak of the day its 110 degrees. I cant talk im losing my voice and am in NEED of getting my unit fixed as soon as possible without this company being inhumane towards its customers.

    I just sent this message to them "Don't want anyone to come out just an FYI for you but as this is the first blowing rain we have had it is leaking around your work in our attic. The duc work is terrible- used old return - instead of all new - did not stack so no room to get to other end of the house. This experience with your company is the WORST experience we have ever had. Wish we had never called you." We bought a house and contracted Stuart to install a new unit and move the vents from the floor to the ceiling. A three day job turned into 12. Heat didn't work when we first turned in on they had to come back. Now we have rain leaking in. Seriously the WORST experience we have ever had. I would give negative stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this company.
