I was trying to do a quick fix changing out a tub drain and it ended up turning into way more than I realized. Anyways, I made a post on Tullahoma talk ******** page and Jessica N***** reached out on the post and messenger asking if they could come out to give me a free quote to resolve the issue. She got me on the book for the next day. She was very responsive and sincere. The next day, Zach N***** and a colleague showed up well within the given time frame. They both put their shoe covers on, and that was appropriated. I showed them what the issue was and Zach and his guy managed to get the broke threaded drain off the plumbing quickly. That was all that I was expecting them to do (it was all I had asked of them ) and they took it one step further; they took it upon themselves to install the new drain. This was much appreciated because I didn’t have the plumbing putty that was needed and they did. They were very affordable. Zach took the time to ask if there was anything else. I did have one more question and they answered it with no hesitation. Zach took a few mins before to just talk to me about our place and some little other things about the property. He told us they do all types of work, electrical, plumbing hvac, remodeling.., then we talked about remodeling my sons bathroom. After our conversation they went on their way. I then messaged Jessica with the information Zach requested from me for the bath remodel, and again she was quick at responding and took the information and told me the expect a quote in a few days. One day later, they text me to let me know that they emailed the quote of. Their responsiveness was impressive along with how they treated our place. We plan on using them in the future. They made a frustrating situation go away immediately and was worth their service.
