Purchased LVP flooring on August 27th of 2022 with the promise that we could return the unused as long as we did not open the boxes for a full refund. they insisted that we pay up front and would not allow us to get exact measurements without charging us additional monies. The owner refuses to even answer our call to work out a solution Is there any thing we can do? We are looking at roughly 1200-1500 dollars. All I want from them is a refund and would gladly pay a reasonable restocking charge. What is really sad about this whole deal is the people were really good to work with thru the sales side and I wish no hard feeling toward them just want my money back as they promised. The guy when he would talk told me to just sell it on market place which is not really an option for me.Initial Complaint

On July 2, 2022 a total of 979.29 was collected for laminate flooring (338 Sq. *t) the amount was paid according to the owner so he could go pick up at warehouse. I was told the order would be available in 1 week. Since then I have been told multiple stories and excuses why the flooring is not available for pick up. I was first told his partner had ***** and he could not go to ** and pick until another week. Next the partner said he was picking up on July 25 and would have it for pick up on the 26th. On August 1st they still did not have the order. On August 2 was told they were picking up that day and would have it for delivery on 8-3-22. On 8-4-22 called the man (*****) was very abrupt and rude and told me my order was insignificant and not a priority, even though they had taken my money. Tried calling today got a voicemail with full mailbox. No response. *inally today I read reviews and found out this is a pattern with this business. I noticed**** gave a grade of "*". What can be done to first get my money back? Second how can I get his business license revoked and shut them down, This should not be happening to people, especially during these difficult times.Initial Complaint

I purchased flooring which is pd in full which I received 4-23-22. But on arrival company failed to delivery complete order. I am still owed 13 boxes and 20 thresholds. The owner has promised me to be delivered since April saying next week next week. The deal was order over 2500 and receive free delivery my order was ****. Man has been nothing but nasty rude. I have a the messages promising delivery and never does.Initial Complaint

On January 3, 2022, I bought and paid for 1361 sq ft of flooring (a full pallet + some) from this company (Busy Bee Flooring dba Buy Laminate Direct). I wanted the flooring to be delivered a few weeks later. In February, I contacted the owner to deliver the flooring. I never got it. On February 21st, the owner quit responding to my text/calls. I reached out to another employee. He was going to help me. On March 18, 2022, he said that my flooring would be delivered on March 22, 2022. It wasn't, and then the employee stopped responding to me. I reached back out to the owner, and he said it would be delivered on March 28, 2022. It wasn't. I have asked for a refund of my money, and if I do not receive it by Saturday, April 9, 2022, I will be filing a police report for theft and fraud.Initial Complaint

August 14, 2021 I purchased 83 boxes of flooring from Busy Bee Flooring. Terry told at time of purchase that I could get a refund for any unopened I damaged boxes. The Church I attend also purchased flooring from Busy Bee and was given the same refund policy speech from Terry. Upon completion of the projects On 12/29/2021 I attempted to return the leftover flooring from both projects. 12 boxes from my home remodel and 12 boxes from Church's. When I arrived Terry was not there but his worker Blanca was. She said that Terry would have to write a refund check but he was not at the store at the moment. That I could leave the flooring and he would mail me a check. She wrote a receipt with both orders saying they would refund the money. I have tried to contact Terry with no response. The total refund for the 24 boxes should be $1,038.32. I have attached a copy of the check for the boxes that I purchased and the receipt his employee Blanca wrote showing what was returned for a refund.Initial Complaint

I bought flooring in November of 2020. It is now December of 2021. Terry said he would deliver it to Pensacola since he makes the trip often . We've exchanged messages and phone calls and then back in June he stopped responding to me. I've offered to have the flooring picked up by ***** at my expense but he won't respond. I would like to talk with someone at their store but I can't find a phone #. Everything I see online goes to his cell phone. I will drive to Tennessee myself to pick it up as long as I know it's there. Which it's supposed to be.Initial Complaint

i paid for product was told it would be delivered in 14 days this was March it is now September i cannot get any to answer the phone I go to the business nothing is there they have either moved or most likely been evicted we wrote them a check to save them the processing fee of 1% on our $7600 purchase they cashed the check THAT DAY and we are now 4 months behind on finishing our new home Because of these criminals ************* talked to personally once he sat his phone down when he heard how much we were spending but HAS NEVER ONCE returned a call a txt a msg through ******** we are stuck waiting pay ****** to hold our stuff and living with 2 kids in a motel because this jerk will not come through with WHAT we PAID FOR but he just bought the Wartrace hotel ***????Initial Complaint

Purchased vinyl planks on 1/7/20 in the amount of $528.74. I was told the flooring was on order & would be in in 6 weeks; had to pay that day.Having heard nothing from them,I contacted them in March. Said delivery had been delayed.Each time thereafter, when I contacted the company I was given a future date when shipment would be in.Once I was told that it was on the boat enroute. Next call I was told that the boat was stalled.The final date I was given was September 21. On September 22 when I called, they said "we don't know when it will be in". September 23 I went to the facility to see I could find something in inventory that would be suitable. Attempt was unsuccessful, I requested a refund; said they would mail it the next day. Multiple contacts were made to the company for a refund but all I got were excuses.I attempted to obtain the refund via my credit card company; that failed too. My attempts haulted in Dec.2020, because Covid struck my family very hard.
