      I was a faithful customer to ********************** for many years, even though there were always issues. I understood I lived in a rural area and internet was limited even though the tower was literally less than a mile away in the field behind my house. I would call the office to report numerous outages and issues only to be told there was something wrong at my house even though they sold me their routers twice to say that would fix the problem, but it never would. Most of their technicians would come out only to say there was nothing wrong at my house but in fact their tower did have many issues. In July of 2023 ****** Connect became available to our area and I jumped at the opportunity to have the fiber optic internet and it has worked flawlessly. Also, in July of 2023 I started trying to make contact with Ken Tenn Wireless to cancel my service and I left numerous messages as no one would answer the phone, return email and I even left a post on their ******** stating all of this and always saying on the messages I wanted my service canceled. After a month of trying to reach them, I finally gave up and there was never any contact, until about a month ago I received a bill from *********** stating they were charging me for internet from Aug 2023- December 2023. I attempted to contact the office and this time a gentleman answered the phone. I expressed my frustration with him and he cooberated what I said with the notes he had saying in fact there was messages he saw saying I attempted many times to get my service canceled. He would go on to say that was the same time the owner went to jail, and everything was a mess then. He told me I didn't owe anything and to disregard the notice. I received another notice just now stating my account is past due with them. I have tried to handle these numerous ways, but I am about to the point where I feel harassed and ready to seek legal counsel. If they turn me over to collections, I will have no other choice but to see them in court.

      First of all there is absolutely nothing criminal about our company! My Boss *************************** and his partner ************************* were partners in ***-tenn  Wireless. ***** backed with money and **** was supposed to run the business.  **** developed a very bad drug habit of which Mr.  **** has tried to help, 6 Re-habs in fact.  He finally had to take over what was left of ***-Tenn Wireless and move it from the ******** office in ********** to our location at 417 
      W ************, ********** Tn...He has been out over ********** trying to keep the towers going with very few employees.  He was never meant to run it himself.  We are trying to make the best of a bad situation.  We truly apologize for any trouble it has caused you the customer.  Customers that were unhappy with service simply got credited for a few months that didn't have service, and cancel, ************ would never have someone pay for a service they are not getting  Eventually it will be sold to a Wireless company that can take care of what customers are left.  

      I will credit off the $227.20 owed on the account and close out the account.

      *********** wireless debited my checking account for internet service for the month of December 2023 despite the fact that this service was discontinued on November 30th 2023. I gave the business notice that I would be changing internet providers in early November 2023. This gave them over 1 months notice (which is not required by the business) and I was not under any contract for this service. I gave notice as a courtesy to the business. I was told on this November phone call that the autopay function had been turned off on my account. I called on November 30, 2023 to request disconnection of my service. My internet service was turned off remotely that day. My checking account was debited $39.95 for internet service on 12/2/23 for internet service for December 2023 which was not provided. I have requested a refund 3 times. I have been pleasant and patient. To date my account has not been credited. The business voicemail is full. I have spoken with other former customers who state they also were charged for service and have not received a refund. I would like for my checking account to be credited immediately for $39.95.
