Absolute rip-off artists. **** and *********************** are nothing more than a married couple with a website who will tell you they have friends in high places at all the big credit agencies, then charge, in our case, $798 upfront to "repair" your credit rating and do nothing. Oh, sorry they do ask the companies for a credit report. Then they'll lie four months later and say they're still waiting for it, when you can get one INSTANTLY online, but the fact that they (claim to have) requested it means that they've "processed your file" and thus no refunds.Their emails are illiterate and frustrating, and full of bad advice like, "Don't make any more payments" to your creditors. "Hang onto that money a little longer. They (sic) is a method to my madness." You'll write to them with a very specific question about what have they done for you in the past four months, and **** will write back to you with lines like "I feel as if you are calling me a liar" without actually answering the question.I actually looked into suing these fraudsters. Among their brilliant "strategies" for repairing your credit, are moves like, "Make your creditors produce proof that you owe them the money." Surprise, **** **************** actually keeps records on that sort of thing. When after months of them doing nothing, I called in a panic because I was being threatened with a court date, ****'s response was, "That's good it'll be very hard for them to collect a judgment." THAT'S your strategy for repairing my credit?? LOSE IN COURT and make them come after me for the money??They do, at least, write back to you and return calls. I think this is their way of convincing themselves that they are legit and still have souls. Or maybe it's just their way of stringing you along for months before you realize they're frauds and it's too late, you've now gone completely under and have no money left to go after them.AVOID, and pray that some day they get caught and prosecuted for this.
