In March of 2023, I purchased a modular sectional from premier furniture for *****. When it was delivered it was not put together correctly and was constantly coming apart even resulting in one side flipping on me when sat on. Their team returned to my home multiple times to try and get it right. Nobody could get it right. I asked for a refund or store credit due to the pieces being broken. They offered me store credit. When I returned to get a different couch, the team brought a couch and loveseat that I picked out . Not even two month into having this couch and love seat. The whole back of piece broke when casually sat on and I fell in it. I live in a home with me and my boyfriend and neither of us are no where near 200 pounds. I called premier to see if there was something they could do considering i have no had it long. They offered to pick the couch up and repair the broken wood. After having it a week. The women that works at primere contacted me on ******** and told me it was not covered under warranty and it would cost me. I replied and told her not to proceed and to bring it back. Two weeks I received the couch back in way worse shape than it left it. I am very disappointed and just want a couch that isnt broken for the money I paid.Business response

The customers sofa was broke beyond the normal customary wear & tear. We had already replaced a prior ********** with the current one. There were several broken pieces of wood within the structure. We tried to explain this to the customer and she understood. However, her Mom whom is on the contract is the only person that ever calls to complain.Business response
