RaeKar did not pick up all my garbage on June 13, 2023. When I told them on that day of their failure, they made excuses and lies about why they would not come and finish the job. A VP at RaeKar failed to respond to two letters I sent him regarding this. Therefore, RaeKar is to refund to me (25.62 monthly charge / 4) $6.41.Customer response

Here is my response to the questions you sent to me about my complaint ID 20252114.
Have you heard from the company? No.
Are you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? No.
If not, please explain.
RaeKar is not even courteous enough to answer my complaint.
This is the first year that RaeKar has had the contract for garbage collection in this part of Northwest Tennessee. One would think that they would be more responsive and truthful when one of their customers tells them about their inadequate service.
Moreover, T** L******, a VP in RaeKar, disregarded my communication with him, which does not display too much professionalism.
What’s more is that B***** at RaeKar told me that there are no trucks in M***** (where I live) except for Tuesdays. On a given week I see at least 6 or 7 trucks driving right past my house on weekdays besides Tuesday. Besides, right down the street on L****** is the place where they wash their trucks! This evidently means that every single truck in their fleet must go within a mile of my house every single week on various weekdays. And despite being in such close proximity, RaeKar didn’t have the courtesy to have a truck take a couple of minutes to get the rest of my garbage.
It is inconceivable that a company that puts more value in lying than serving customers has also just been awarded the W****** C*****, TN contract (besides just the cities).
Instead of “hiding behind a rock,” and not replying, RaeKar’s L****** and/or B***** should tell me why they will not reimburse me the small amount of money I am requesting from them.
