If I could give 10 stars I would. Complete Comfort Solutions out of Wilder, TN. Serviced me in Crossville. Even though we have companies here. They knew the severity of my situation & took my job. IN A BLIZZARD. My heating system shut down during the last snow storm. It was in the single digits. The mail service DIDN'T deliver mail due to road conditions but this company made their way out. Fast, efficient & were able to get my warranty company to replace the ENTIRE HEAT AND AIR for my mobile home. This system was old and needed it but no other company before when I had problems pushed to replace it. Michael the owner took my calls at 8 p.m. at night ALWAYS got back to my texts A.S.A.P. THE ACTUAL OWNER. How many companies can you say that about. Brandon the repair man, was on top of his game & explained EVERYTHING about the energy efficient system & how much it would save us. He even went through and set the system on an emergency heat mode to get us some heat until the warranty company made a decision. THIS COMPANY came out late FRIDAY NIGHT & by Monday I had the approval from the warranty company & the parts were ordered the same day by C.C.S They also do plumbing. If you DO or DON'T have a hone warranty. DON'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE. This is the most diligent, honest. Reliable, quick, efficient & honest company I've EVER dealt with for any repairs I've ever needed. I WILL use Michael & his company for tying my shoes if I need to. Thank you Michael & Brandon. You are on my Christmas list. My last phone call with Michael to find out when the parts would be in, actually put me in tears. He made this job about me & me needing heat. Not about the business. I LOVE THESE GUY'S.
