Re: ****** ******* from Winchester TN with ***************************************** (Formerly ************** we bought a dog from her on Sunday and found out Monday morning the dog had pneumonia. ****** offered to refund my purchase price and reimburse me for the vet bill of $381. BUT She has since blocked me and my daughters contact information and we have not heard from her since Monday. I'm very disappointed in this breeder.....please help me pass the word around because I know there are others that were coming to look at more dogs in her litter. Not professional, not ethical... Very disappointing from some of us regular people who were just trying to get a good pet and she sold us a sick puppy for 950.00.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/10) */ When we became aware of the situation, we refunded the entire purchase price, and the vet bill. We asked that the puppy be returned to us. At this time, the puppy has not been returned. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/08/18) */ I'm still struggling with being able to get the link to work on my phone. I am listing my response below for you to post. From ***** **********...."I have evidence of a conversation where you have suggested that we keep the puppy. So we will be keeping the puppy because we would never return a sick puppy to a breeder who has problems with their care of a litter. We feel that would be cruel and inhumane. The puppy is still sick and we are continuing to try to nurture it back to health."
