On July 13, 2022 I purchased a Covid test online from Fair Price Labs for $202.00 using my Discover card. Upon scheduling the test online with Quest Diagnostics I found that Quest offered the test for free. I called Fair Price Labs immediately and was told that a manager would approve the refund and it would appear within a week. After a week it did not appear, and I called back and was told that the refund would be appearing soon. In August I purchased other tests from Fair Price Labs, and when I went to Quest to take them the lab had not been placed, so I called to get them to place the order, and I also asked about my $202.00 refund from July 13, 2022, and was again told that the refund would be processed, but it was not. Now they do not reply to my emails about the refund.I am attaching a recent unanswered email about the refund and my August 2022 Discover statement showing the July 13 $202.00 charge by Fair Price Labs.Initial Complaint

In July 2021 I paid fair price labs for me to get blood work done in a **************** facility I have the receipt that I paid in full for my blood work to be done the bill was never paid to **************** I went back to ****************s for other blood work and I was told that there's a bill that was never paid and that I was responsible for the bill which I told them I will look into it I called fair price labs been calling and texting for the past 4 months and I keep getting the same response that there looking into it I can't return to ****************s because of this bill and I can't get any type of medication for my blood work and for our Diabetes because since the bill is not paid my wife also cannot go to ***** because fair price labs hasn't paid **************** fair price labs keep telling me I was about to call you and tell you we haven't fixed the problem cause it's a computer problem and the reason they taking this long is because there short handed of people so I told her send me the paid in full receipt and I take it to ***** and she told me they couldn't provide that to me I spoke to the lady that picked up the phone and I requested to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor I just want them to show proof to ***** that the bill was paid so I can go do my blood work to get our medication if my Dr.Doesn't see my blood work he can't provide me my medication If you need proof of my receipt that I paid in full I will provide when you ask Thank YouBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (2010, 9, 2022/04/28) */ Hello ****** ****** As of our conversation I spoke to Mrs ***** ******* From fair price labs after I contacted BBB she called me and she told me she took care of the Bill that I was questioning them on for ***** ********** I was told the bill was lost in the pile but Mrs.******* handle my cituation Thank you BBB for the help on resolving this matter...
