I keep receiving high bills from bi county solid waste I admit I got behind, I'm on social security disability and can't afford a whole lot and the late fees are adding up. I try and pay what I can on my bill and I called as well as my care giver to work up a arrangement and the representative acted like t was a crime when I tried to work up a arrangement and wouldn't work with me. Furthermore I don't pay for trash now do I use the landfill I'm disabled and can't drive and the park owner pays for dumpster servicesBusiness response

According to our records the customer called January 12th and requested a payment plan of $10 per month to "catch up his account". The request was rejected due to the length of time this arrangement would have required to complete payment. Please note, this customer was setup on a payment plan previously in 2019 and failed to adhere to the plan. Specifically, the customer made two payments out of eight and ceased paying on their account. Also, the customer has three accounts that have been written off in the past with balances totaling $210. We will attempt to contact the customer to work out a mutually agreeable payment plan on his current account.
