Hello me and my girlfriend just moved in and the fire alarm is beeping late at night and some time in the day is there anyway some one can fix this I'm in the first building and in room ***. thank you, ***** *********Business response

Please contact the office or place workorders through the resident portal. The office is willing to assist you if you have any questions regarding this process. Maintenance is responding to the request to change the batteries in your smoke detectors to stop the beeping noise you are hearing, as we speak today.

I am waiting on an administrative fee that I paid to be returned to me like it was supposed to. I've called numerous and times and was told they would open a ticket with their accounting department. I waited 2 weeks to call again and still no updates. Here it is 2 months later I still haven't gotten my money. It's pretty frustrating to have your money out there for that long and nobody have any clue about it.Business response
