I Paid 180 for this person to braids in a little girl hair that I foster. He only did half of it. He was supposed to finish up on Wednesday 2/9/2022, but he was running behind and I had to take her to her moms house for a few hours. I text him to reschedule on Friday or Saturday. No response. Due to her having a behavior she started undoing the braids. I notified him immediately and told him what happened at 8:48 on Thursday. No response. I sent her to school on Friday looking crazy in hopes that he would fix it and finish her hair. I called at 2:57 on Friday and he text can I call you back. I said yes. Didn't hear from him. At 6:58 on Friday I text can you do her hair tomorrow. He didn't answer until 8:34. I text right back asking when would be a good time, no response. At 11:53 I text, What time would be a good time to get her hair done today. We live in Clyde so it would be about 15-20 before we could get her to Abilene. No response. At 5:57 I text, Is there anyway you can refund half of the money I paid to get her hair done, and for the materials back. No response until 4:48 am Sunday 2/13/2022 saying Hey so sorry about the late reply ive been really busy this valentines weekend.I cant do a refund beacuse you guys were supposed to come back to get her hair finished but decided to take her hair out. We only had one section left . I understand she didnt want to continue getting her hair done but at the same time i did what i can but just knew that she wasnt trying to finsih the same day. I was almost done and we could have continued to finished but then yall took her hair out . I cant do nothing about that part etc..Then I text back at 8:09 telling him again we didn't take it down, and communication is big factor when you have your own business.
