When I’m trying to cancel my membership that I no longer need online, it asked for a fast pass number and on the website it says that it is on the sticker that they put on your vehicle. The sticker on my vehicle has no fast pass number it just says unlimited member and watershed car wash, I’ve been trying to cancel for a couple months now and there is no way to contact this business and the people that work at the car wash are unable to help.Initial Complaint

We got the monthly car wash package for $35 each vehicle for both of our cars when the Abilene location first opened. Over the last few months, our situation has changed and we are not in Abilene as often. Watershed advertises free cancelation anytime. We have been trying to cancel for 2 months now to no avail. To cancel, you have to gave your plan number. The sticker on our truck is illegible, and the sticker on my car has completely washed off! I can't drive through to get my car washed, I can't cancel, and I am STILL getting charged $35/month. There is no phone number to leave a message, much less talk to a real person. To do anything, you have to use your number, which I don't have. They obviously still have my name and credit card info, but we can't find a person to open the account that way!Business response

We are sincerely sorry for the trouble you have gone through trying to cancel your account. We have canceled and refunded the account $70, **** should receive it within 3-5 business days. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and have a great day!
