I have been a patient of Dr******* for several years now. I recently missed a appointment and they have billed me $50 .I do not feel I owe them any money. When they sent me an email asking me to confirm my appointment or cancel on the website I logged on and tried to cancel. I could not find a way to cancel anywhere online. I wok during normal business hours so the two time I had called they were already closed and there is no way to leave a message. But even if I had not done anything I don't feel they would be entitled to any money since they did not provide any service.They have told me before when I had to wait past my appointment time that they overbook because people don't show up for there appointments. I'm not an expert but I don't believe they have a legal right to charge me and I think people should be warned that they might.Business response

They have not reached out to me and I don't belive they intend to. I assume no one at the BBB reads these or you should know this is unanswered. They have not made any effort .
