I have been trying for three months to cancel this gym membership and it is impossible. I signed up all online without ever stepping foot in the gym and in order to cancel you have to be in the gym and have a zero-due balance. After I came in to cancel they couldn't and now they are still charging me so now I have a past-due balance. I hav4 called and emailed their customer service asking for them to cancel it. They keep charging me but ive closed the bank account they refused to stop billing. Now when i try to cancel they say they will not unless i pay over two hundred dollars. I will not pay fees that I do not owe just so I can cancel. I called the ###-###-#### which is in INDIA and no matter who I spoke to they can not help me get this membership canceled. No matter what I do they will keep billing me until I pay them over two hundred dollars. I want them to cancel my membership and zero my balance to when I can prove I've been trying to cancel it and they refuse.Initial Complaint

I started my personal training membership around March of 2023. I chose to cancel due to me not being able to afford it anymore. I cancelled in the beginning of October 2023. January 2024. They made two separate charges of $360 to my account because the management before did not properly cancel my membership. Crunch fitness has refused to refund my money.Business response

Hello,
After reviewing this with my personal training director we noticed that she does not have any proof of prior cancelation that’s why she was charged what she was.
Thank you,

They are trying to put me on delinquent status, and are saying that I owe them money. I have tried cancelling multiple times. I've tried cancelling over the phone, and I even went into one of their gyms to try to cancel, but they wouldn't let me. I moved to Lubbock from Abilene, and they said I had to go to the Abilene gym to cancel when I tried to cancel in Lubbock. I had switched banks, and didn't give them the new banking information due to not going to the gym anymore. They have called and messaged me over email and text multiple times trying to get me to pay for a service that I've tried to cancel multiple times.Business response
