      Purchased mattres, told sales lady, I had low back problems-& needed a firm mattress with support, she recommend the mattres I purchased the mattress, did not work it sagged in the center, I was in a lot of pain the next am-I thought I needed time to adjust to new mattress, the pain did not go away & was running down llt leg (thigh) I wanted to buy another mattres there in the store, that was firmer but s. lady said no, this will make you condition worse, so I purchased what she recommended. Majority of furniture places offer trial period.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/06) */ "Purchase was made on Feb 15 and the mattress customer selected was delivered Feb 16. Customer came to store over a month later on March 26th complaining that it was not comfortable. We do not make any claims that a mattress will cure any physical ailment that may require the advice of a medical professional. We are also very clear that once mattress is opened in home and used it cannot be returned to store and we do not offer "free trial period". Customer signed invoice, and was given a copy, that clearly states all sales are final, no refunds.Mattress does not "sag" or have any manufacturing defect, if it did we would facilitate through the manufacturer. State law has strict guidelines on the handling and resale of used mattresses and we do not sell used products. We also do not haul off used products due to risk to other products and facilities due to potential risk of infestation or contamination. Customer was offered a deep discount if they wanted to purchase another set but declined."

      I ordered furniture form this organization. Upon arrival we discovered the furniture was not as it was described in the store. After the delivery people came to pick up the furniture we noticed a long scratch in our hardwood floors. We have called a number of times to get this issue taken care of only to be ignored. Requesting repairs or reimbursement for repairs

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/23) */ "Delivered leather sectional on 1/24/22. Customer reported that configuration did not work in their room. Customer stated that since this configuration did not work in their room he turned furniture over and rearranged himself to try and make it work. In this case we agreed to pick up sectional and find another that would work for their room. Ultimately we were unable to find another sectional to their liking and we refunded the purchase price. We send the same two delivery men back to home the same day to pick up furniture as it cannot be moved by less than two people without risk of damage to merchandise or home. Later this day customer reported a scratch on their floor. Upon this report both delivery men, who have over 20 years of combined service, were immediately interviewed by management. Delivery men both stated that no damage was done to customer home, and verified no damage to merchandise, during delivery or pick up of merchandise. After reviewing all the statements we do not believe that any damage was done by our employees and this was communicated to customer."
