      We have had CWS for a long time. They have excellent customer service, great communication & are super reliable. I couldn’t imagine having a different company handle our trash container. Keep up the great work! ??

      On behalf of the City of Anson and me personally, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. You can tell that each CWS employee cares about their job and strive to do their best. They are the fastest garbage company I've ever worked with, most pleasant, and reasonably priced. The cherry on top for CWS is their clear dedication to helping the communities they are serving in. CWS has been participating and donating in our community events even before the City signed a contract with them. CWS is an extremely reputable company, but it is more so the honest, good-hearted people running the business and working their tail off that make our partnership with County Waste more than satisfactory.

      We have been with CWS from day one, and we absolutely love them! Our trash is picked up promptly on its day each week, and if there is a delay they are very good about communicating such. Super friendly staff as well.

      There rude dishonest they took more out of my account then they were suppose to and I've waited almost a week for my refund and yes did I get upset they over draft my bank took all my money and then acted like they didn't care there thief's

      Ms. ***** signed up for service with County Waste Service (CWS) on 7/30/21 and was charged for service for 8/5/21 (when she was scheduled to receive her container) through 8/31/21 ($72.65) + a $25 (+tax) delivery fee for her area (totaling $99.21). As explained to Ms. ***** when she signed up, our office bills out in advance. On August 1st we billed out for the month of September ($85.00). Ms. ***** signed up for autopay through her checking account when she set her account up, so on August 1st she was billed for September and it was auto drafted out of her account. Ms. ***** called on 8/3/21 and was very rude and yelling at our office staff about the $85.00 for the month of September that was drafted out of her account said it "left her account overdrawn $40.00". I offered to refund the $85.00 and she could pay it at a later time. At that time, she said just leave it the way it is and leave it on autopay. She stated she would figure out what to do about her account being overdrawn. Ms. ***** later called back on 8/3/21 and said she wanted to close the account and wanted a refund for everything she had paid on this account. I let her know that it is not our company policy to issue refunds, however, that I would go ahead and issue her one as soon as I was able. I explained to Ms. ***** in great detail that I am not able to issue a refund until the payment has processed completely and that it could take up to 15 business days due to it being processed through a third party company. Ms. ***** was sure to let us know she was going to "blast us on the internet" multiple times if she did not get her money back. Ms. ***** called again on 8/5/21 asking where her money was, I let her know again that I was unable to process the refund until the payment had processed and as soon as the payment had processed it would be refunded. Ms. ***** hung up on me. When I called her back I explained again about the process of a refund and we left the conversation good and she was aware it would likely be sometime the week of August 9-13th. The refund was processed on 8/6/21 in the full amount of $184.21 and a receipt was sent to Ms. *****'s email on file. Ms. ***** called 8/11/21 asking where her money was and continued yelling and being very rude to our office staff. I informed her the refund was given on my end on 8/6/21 and she continued to yell and continued to threaten with "blasting" CWS on the internet. I tried to explain again it does take several days to process a refund via bank transfer. Ms. ***** hung up on me and when I called her back she screamed "do not call me again". I gave multiple different options for Ms. ***** throughout this process to better accommodate to her that she refused.

      I would be happy to email a copy of the receipt for the refund dated 8/6/21.
