Clear Fork Enterprises, Worst ever. shoddy work that is not done by professionals. "their pros were busy on other jobs", so they sent in the scrubs for my job. left a live electrical wire just laying on beams in the attic. fridge wont fit into the space they made for it. dry wall done poorly, gaps and cracks every where. replacement window to small for the whole so the put 1 1/2 inches of caulk around it,. looks bad and stands out because it is the front window of the house. new cabinet doors only had 1 screw holding them on, 2 fell off. hooked up dryer but didnt put in a dryer vent outlet. sheet rock has big gaps so they just put crown molding over it. wont talk to me or answer any text or email, and they told me to email them. wow just so many unprofessional things they did. I would NOT recommend them or their sister company Servpro of San Angelo. Now it has been 4 months since they "finished" my job and the flooring they put in is buckling , I have called and text NO responseBusiness response

The condition of the structure that was in need of repairs prior to the water damage, we were contracted to do repairs from the water damage and the demands of the homeowner. The original manager was relived of this job, due to disagreements with the homeowner. The owner of the company took over the direction of repairs and dealt with the H/O to finish the job. He worked for weeks redoing all projects requested, and did several punch lists as requested by H/O. H/O paid a reduced (final) amount on 7-11-2021 for repairs completed. This was agreed upon by the owner and H/O. The cost was reduced to include the purchase of a new refrigerator, and we were to receive the old one. We have not received the old refrigerator at this time. She did text on September 16th about the floor. At that time, the owner was out sick, and the office was having a round of COVID. Since that time, the owner has been in touch with the son who is the resident of the property about the floor, to which the owner assured him, he would take care of it. (this flooring was picked out by the H/O) The last email received from the H/O was on 5/14/2021. We have responded to all texts (the last text was on September 16, 2021), she has not called or emailed since the job was completed. The first problem is I had to hire a lawyer to get the owner to step up and do something about the work being preformed. That in its self shows lack of professionalism. and yes the owner ******** tried to fix alot of his companies mistakes, but not all were done. The flooring should not be buckling just after 4 months. So when I had a guy come look at it, he said it is because they did not leave the 5/8 space between the flooring and the wall. so no room for the expansion and contraction. and as for ******** contacting me, NO he has not , my son may live there but I OWN the house , I sent him the text he (********) never responded to me. and he has not gotten back with my son since Sept 16, and has not showed up to fix the flooring. All in all like I said I would never recommend this company, and yes ******** said he got rid of the foreman that was over my job but that was only after I hired a Lawyer. I have text ******** with no response from him. Just want to make sure people are aware of this companies work performance, total "F". yes ******** took some money off my bill but it was because they didn't do some of the work that was in our contract, they broke or threw away my person items that were to be put back in the house and they Broke our refrig. I have ordered a new refrig to replace the one they broke, but it is still on back order. I can not worry about you getting a broken frig when it was a new one that I just bought for this house, and now we are the ones suffering with a frig that you have to put straws in the doors to make them seal. If ******** would have called me or came to fix the flooring we would not be having this conversation. And still the kitchen cabinet doors are falling off. very poor work. All I am asking for is to have the flooring fix, it is your contractors mistake, you should be the ones to fix it. We will honor the request of fixing the floor when our schedule is available to make repairs. We understand the delays in the refrigerator as there have been many delays in supplies over the last few months. We will reach out to the homeowner and her son (to be sure it fits into everyone's schecule) in the next week.
