Ron and Cindy do an excellent job with Zone 7 Builders. They are professional, prompt, and always reliable. We have had numerous compliments on our first and only new construction build and could not have accomplished it without Ron and Cindy’s help along the way!

After a 45 year career in the forest products industry, mainly in the Houston area, I had a lot of exposure to the construction industry including home building. When we retired, my wife and I moved to Ruidoso, NM, which we loved but medical issues forces us to search out a metropolitan area with good medical facilities and we settled on Abilene, TX. We did an extensive search on the internet and decided on a home built by Zone 7 Builders. After our offer was accepted we did the usual closing inspections and everything checked out great. I also called on a couple of friends that are very knowledgeable concerning home construction and the both thought it was very well built. We have been here now going on three years and are well pleased. Besides being great home builders, the Blevins are great people. With us being new to the area, they have been very helpful in helping us getting to know the town.Zone 7 Builders LLC Response

Ron Blevins, owner of 7-Zone Builders, built our home a few years ago and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He is thorough and ensured it was built like we wanted it. He regularly (almost daily) checked in with the contractors to ensure they were on site and doing what they were hired to do. His wife, Cindy, works with him and has a sharp eye for the details. From the selection of paint colors, tile, appliance, etc. One or both of them accompanied us giving advice but allowing us to make the choice we wanted. From the initial blue prints to the final inspection, Ron and Cindy ensured our home was quality built.Zone 7 Builders LLC Response

Our experience with the dynamic duo of Ron and Cindy: Zone 7 builders was wonderful. What began in tragedy after the complete loss of our home in a wildfire ended with an unrivaled place to call home. From the planning phase to the house warming party, Ron and Cindy were there to provide wisdom, creative ideas and direction, mixed with professional drive to complete this project ahead of time under budget. Truly a custom home with as much or as little owner involvement as we needed, they walked hand in hand with our family to make a high end home with upscale touches in every corner; along with exceptional craftsmanship provided by their handpicked trusted subcontractors, each detail was planned and taken care of.
