      My belated mother was seen in the ER of Hendrick Medical Center in Abliene, TX on Sept. 6th 2023 for pain she thought was caused by a fall. She had dark spots all over her arms and had been blacking out a falling a lot. They did a scan on her spine, gave her Meloxican and sent her off. She had no insurance at the time. On Nov 24th I took her to another hospital and she was diagnosed with cancer in her lung and liver. A later brain scan in Dec. showed cancer in her brain. My compliant is that she clearly had more health issues than a hurt back, but Hendrick did not give her adequate testing and prescribed a medication that warns of damaging the liver. I have already filed a complaint directly but was told I would not be told the outcome despite having been her Medical Power of Attorney and the Executor of her Will. I called to the Texas Medical Board License number but the receptionist had no idea what it was and offered me the tax ID number! Receptionst would not transfer me to anyone else. They do not have a TMB license number on their website.

      I am rejecting this response because: the hospital refuses to share any resolution or results with even even after providing my mother's POA, MOA and the Letters of Testatmony from her Will staying me had her EX. I do not trust that they will take any action to protect other patients.

      The hospital has multiple social workers that are fraudulently making information up about patients for insurance so they can get people out of the hospital specially one by the name and Marlene

      Date of Service: 07/18/2022 Provider within the Hendrick Health System: Dr. David ******* Address: Address: ** ******** **** Abilene, TX 79606 Phone: ************ Problem: Unethical billing practices with zero evidenced resolve to correct an unjustified bill for a patient after multiple attempts by the patient to request a correction of the issue. I received service by Dr. David ******* and was assured (by the team that scheduled me and took my initial payment) of zero financial responsibility moving forward after the date of service due to being a "self-pay" patient. I began to receive requests for payment by the Hendrick Health System as of 8/18/2022 for a remaining balance of $220.00. The same day in receiving said notification and balance, I contacted Dr. David ********* office to confirm I was not liable and to correct the incorrect billing issue. I received a verbal confirmation that I was not liable and that they would send this information to the responsible billing party within the Hendrick Health System to correct my bill and cancel any bills, pertaining to the same service, moving forward. Additionally, I was highly encouraged by the staff answering the phones to "continue calling back because Hendrick Health System will send your bill to credit if it's not resolved... they have done it to plenty of others before...". I have since then contacted the same office and received assurance that I am not liable, as well as the verbal promise that it will be handled, three additional times between the dates of 8/18/2022 and 10/14/2022. However, I continue to receive the incorrect bill in my "Patient Portal" and have never received an email confirming that the bill has been taken care of (though a confirmation email has been requested). Due to the evident lack of correction by the Hendrick Health System and the billing/administrative staff at Dr. David ********* office, there seems to be limited options moving forward to correct the issue.

      This company is suing me - a widow - for my dead husband’s medical bills. I wrote and explained to them everything that has happened to us since my husband died, and they still are pursuing it. It’s chump change to a hospital but life-altering for me and my two children. Horrible, uncompassionate people. And the care they gave us was atrocious to begin with.

      I believe this company has violated several FCRA laws and regulations WILLFULLY, in regards to this medical collection debt. The original creditor is Falcon Emergency Physicians. I went to Hendrick emergency room for treatment that I deemed to be life or death. I did not have insurance and I was unemployed and receiving benefits because I am indigent. I told them I did not have insurance and I had no ability to pay any bill. They did not inform me that I would be billed buy Falcon Emergency Physicians who submitted this to a collection agency Paramount recovery and radius global. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and the United States Department of Health and Human Services. These medical debts from Falcon Emergency Physicians have drastically affected my credit through Paramount recovery because they reported it.I spoke with them about an emergency room visit. I had no ability to pay nor did i agree to pay in the future. I was not told about any financial assistance and was not told i would be liable for a bill. Now i am in collections with their "contracted" physicians. Falcon emergency physicians. I wish to report this as an FCRA violation as well which entitles me to compensation through filing suit.

      I called today to discuss why I had been sent to collections and was informed that I owed $5,000 in medical bills. I have not been to Hendrick for over 6 years and have never seen a bill for that and want it removed. I did not ever receive charges for that amount and do not claim that bill. I have seen several other reviews for Hendrick in not informing patients about bills and just sending them straight to collections, which is something else they did to me over another bill, that I have no recollection of, and now they have affected my credit.

      On Thurs July 8, 2021, before 10:00 AM, I went to the Emer Room. Told them I had a blood clot in my leg. Soon I was taken and blood was taken in virils. A needle was topped in my hand. I was sent back to wait. I waited 8 hours. When I went in that morning, oly one person was waiting in the waiting room. During the day the roo filled to capacity. Very few were called in. After 8 hours, I demanded that the I.V. needle be removed. I was never seen by a doctor. (I have notified my insurance company).
