              I was over charged for days after I had checked out. General manager had verified she checked the cameras and saw that we left. It has been over 4 months now they are refusing to give us any contact information or updates in regard to the refund.               They overcharged me over 700$ in two months. They said they would fix the corrections, but nothing ever got fixed. Now they are saying (Michelle), she has no control of the charges-they are made from upper management . "And I wouldn't want to speak to the supervisor because they are very impatient and not nice." I need assistance from the BBB! ZERO stars. The hallways always stink! The toilet was broken when I moved in...never got fixed...mentioned it 4 times...
