On 6/20/2023 I took my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban to Strickland Brothers for an oil change. After leaving the establishment I was a few miles out from their shop when my vehicle's low oil pressure alerts started going off. I pulled over immediately and called the shop. While on the phone, the manager directed me to come back so they could take care of it. To my surprise after one of the techs inspects my vehicle, he informs me that the oil filter that he put on came off and had let all the oil out of the car while I was driving. They did a second oil change on the vehicle and told me that I was good to go but when I got back in the vehicle I noticed the oil pressure gauge was not functioning properly. I brought this to their attention and they told me that I should be fine. After leaving their shop I took my car to ****** Automotive and they fixed what they could for my oil pressure gauge but needed to take my motor apart to inspect for damage. Upon their inspection they informed me that my motor was blown from the filter coming off. When I brought this to Strickland Brothers they gave me the run around for a couple of weeks until their was a managerial change and the new manager gave me instructions to get two letters from certified mechanics saying that what had happened at Strickland brothers caused my vehicles damage. I got them every piece of documentation they asked for an now we are about seven months into this ordeal and they are no longer responding to emails, calls or texts.

Jan. 31, 2022 I took my car to the E.N. 10th Snappy Lube location today to have a state required annual inspection completed on it. A man came out to start the process and started to get into my car. Before he got into my car, I asked hiem if he could put on a mask (Covid). He stated that he was "good" and started to get into my car. I then informed him that I was "not good" with him not wearing a mask inside of my car. He told me that he would not put on a mask. I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager of this location. He responded by stating that he was the manager. I then asked to obtain the name/phone number of the owner of this Snappy Lube location. He provided me with a phone number which I will need to verify that this is the phone number of the owner. This is equivalent to someone going into your home (that you don't know) and not having a mask in place. In addition, no nobody wants to contract covid and have to go to the ICU and be on a ventilator at the hospital, not does anyone want to contract covid and take it home to an elderly parent. Mark
