Magnolia boarding is a scam, please DO NOT use this poor excuse of a business unless you are looking for a horrible experience. We purchased the "annual unlimited boarding subscription" for three of our dogs which was not cheap. The first visit had some hiccups with one of our dogs escaping the fence but not running off luckily. The second visit was going to be longer due to our vacation schedule which originally she agreed to with no issue. So drop off was hectic due to Ellie being unable to get in contact with, finally got in contact with the groomer who is no peach. So got them drooped off and on our way, less than 24 hours we received a call from the groomer stating we must come get our dog for being aggressive. The groomer was very rude, and unprofessional. We were trying to resolve the issue as she just hung up the phone. We never heard from Ellie and still haven't to this day about what happened or how this can be resolved. She got her money for very little work that was done, which seems to be a pattern at magnolia boarding. Please people do the research so she is forced out of business and unable to continue conning honest hard working people out of their money like she did us. I would give zero stars if that was a possibility
