I prepaid $236 (as part of a total payment of $654 for services) for dog grooming for two dogs on April 4, 2023. I prepaid for grooming service to help ***** ****** with a personal issue at her request for prepayment. The agreement was to groom both dogs while she boarded the dogs April 24-30, 2023. The boarding service was provided as agreed, but the grooming service was never performed. I attempted on multiple occasions to be sympathetic with her personal issues while asking for a date when the grooming would be performed. The final communication from ***** was May 14 and from that point she ignored my texts through my last attempt to resolve this issue on May 28. It is now Jun 16 and I interpret her lack of response as a strong indication that she has no intention of fulfilling her service that she was paid for.
