As mentioned when you called. Your husband had returned prior to dogs being completed. One of your pets was completely done, however the other one had not been completed. When checking out we failed to communicate with the person working on that dog and assumed it was done because the owner was there to pick up. That is why we asked for you to bring your pet back so we could complete your pet, however you did not want to come back. When you called 2 days later as well as a week later, we offered to redue the dog. You were complaining that hair was still coming off. We explained that we did bath him, but since a de-shed service (an additional add on package that helps with the shedding) was not purchased, the shedding would only continue. Also, shepherds shed naturally and we can reduce it with the de-shed package, but nothing is going to get rid of the shedding completely. Two weeks later you were still upset and we were still offering to rebathe you dog, but you said you would not be back. We have done everything we can dd, but you are unwilling let us fix the mistake. We find it in agreement with you that we will no longer be doing business with you, as we are unable to make you happy. We wish you the best.
