1. 8/22 started a Covered patio deck metal roof original contract 15723.00 After started project the realized they underestimated the amount of decking, so I paid an additional amount for that. There were some upgrades along the line as well. Unfortunately the roof leaks because of poor craftsmanship. The deck has burn marks from the welding and the structure is not sound. 2 rain gutters installed for 1500.00 painted with incorrect paint and never finished the downspouts. I was told on several occasions they would be out to correct and all but 1 time would no show or call. The one time he showed, he brought trailer out as if something was going to be done. Then said he didn’t have materials and would be back. Never showed or called. I want my project completed. My biggest mistake was falling for his many money needs and I paid him in full. While he was working here, he would bring in different workers, who all complained to me they were not getting paid. I ended up paying extra to a couple of them direct. I have their text messages if needed. There is so much more, but I just want the flashing done on the roof to stop leaks, stabilize the deck so it does not bounce and the downspouts finished. I have pictures and text messages to back all of this up. I really tried to be patient with no results
