I filed a claim with. my home warranty company for an issue with my air conditioner, it.was not cooling. The job was assigned to 247, ***** (technician) came out on 7/26/2024 to. assess and diagnose the issue. On August 14th, ***** returned to my home to complete the repairs. Early the next morning, my AC went out again. After troubleshooting through text with ***** the next day the issue was fixed for a short period of time, it still wasn't cooling well, and the drain line seemed to be clogged. The earliest appointment 247 would give me was Monday so I requested a different provider from my warranty company that would come quicker due to the heat and me not being able to stay in my home until it was fixed. The new provider took a look at my entire HVAC system and made note of several issues with the work that had been completed by ***** with 247. Some of those issues are: no permit/inspe furnace moved off of the filter housing (sitting off the side) causing air flow issues, new coil not lined up with the furnace (2" too wide) with black duct tape sealing the coil, drain line was moved to different hole but not modified, ceiling was also sealed with black duct tape, no indication if the piston in the coil had been reworked to use the old refrigerant My out of pocket costs (totaling $624) Disposal $100 Modification (sheet metal) $289 no sheet metal was used, black duct tape was used Refrigerant recap $125 not 100% sure the refrigerant wasn't mixed Drain Line Modification $110 the drain line was moved to a different hole on the unit not modified I also have pictures of the inside work, where you can see the wiring and drain line placement is poorly done. The outdoor unit is still older and there was no clear indication of what refrigerant was put in. I would like $399 refunded to me. I contacted my home warranty company and asked that 247 America Air Conditioning & Heating be removed from my work order. The work/mess that was left did not allow me to trust them.Initial Complaint

This company sent out a technician to our house that rigged our AC unit to keep running causing the unit to leak water on one garage ceiling causing damage to our sheet rock
