I had ordered 2 guns online to be shipped to this FFL for transfer. The first two orders went fine no issues. I ordered another gun which took some time to ship ordered march 19 didn't ship till April 10th arrived the 12th. I went by the business during open hours doors locked. Call no answer. No big deal I can come by tomorrow. Come back Saturday doors locked. Call no answer. Talk with another customer he says they closed for renovations. Call the following Monday no answer. Call Tuesday his employee Marcus answered the phone. I asked him if my package arrived he said yes I asked when will y'all be open again, he respond I don't know I just keep my head down and work. I said ok well how do I get my gun? He said oh we won't hold your gun hostage just call ahead to make sure I'm here and I can do your paperwork. That was 2 weeks ago, I called last Monday and Patrick answered plainly hello. I thought I called the wrong number so I asked is this WNC guns? Yeah! I said I had a pistol shipped a couple weeks ago just trying to come do my background check so I can pick up my gun. He said rudely we will call you and schedule when you can do your background check. I asked do you have my number because Marcus said he didn't have it. He said yes we have it and hung up. Today Friday April 26 I called no answer at noon, called again just before leaving work at 5 and heard a busy tone. Oh he must be there. I drove from lueders to Abilene. Pulled up to his business doors locked but I could see his truck in the lot and a dog inside his business. As I sat and waited about 6pm Patrick comes out of his business holding what I thought was a brown glass bottle. I rolled down my window and said hey, he looked up smiled and before I could say anything else locked the door to his business and went next door to the bar. I don't have any hard feelings I would just like the product I payed for. He only gets 25 dollar transfer fee I already payed the company online for the gun
