On May 22, 2023, I redeemed 5000 Plaid Perks points for a $20.00 coupon which the web site stated had to be mailed to my home address as opposed to the ability to print $5 or $10 coupons from the web site. On June 20, 2023, I filed an inquiry asking about the whereabouts of the coupon. I received a prompt email response on June 21, 2023 requesting verification of my home address. I replied immediately. On July 22, 2023, I replied off the June 20, 2023 email thread that I was still waiting for this coupon to arrive. I received no response. On August 6, 2023, a mass email was received announcing the termination of the Plaid Perks program on August 21, 2023. On August 8, 2023, I created a new online inquiry with no response. On August 9, 2023, I contacted their call center and was told I would receive a response in 5 business days. I received nothing. On August 16, 2023 I called and filed another online inquiry, again, no response. If Nutrena et al knew there were issues back in June with their program it would have been kind if they had just resolved my problem by restoring the 5,000 points instead of ignoring me, a long time customer.Business response

I signed up for the Nutrena rewards program at MurdoCO. Ranch Supply in Greeley, Co. After saving 20 proof of purchases, needed 10 for free bag, I was told the program canceled. In March of this year I left unreturned cslls to Nutrena. Finally I sent an online complaint on there website. They responded to my complaint telling me they could not honor my two free bags as the program was discontinued. I feel I purchased their feed with the agreement of a reward, which they did not honor.Business response
