On March 31, 2023 Clint came to my house and provided an estimate of $800 for removal of fence panels, installing new post and then re-installing fence panels in order to make the fence a straight line. I gave him a timeline that the work needed to be accomplished within 4 weeks. He hired a sub-contractor (Russell’s Remodeling) to perform all of the work. After 90% of the work was accomplished, the sub-contractor informed me he would finish in the morning and perform additional work, he asked for payment for the current work he had completed. The sub-contractor did not show-up the next morning and he continued to tell me for a week that “he was going to be at the house later” but never showed up. I contacted ***** and informed him of the issue on Friday April 28, 2023 and he was apologetic and informed me that once he was finished with his current job they were working they would come by and fix. I also sent you pictures of Russell’s work and ***** agreed that it was not up to par with your work standard and that you would not be using him again because you had received other complaints. I contacted ***** again on Thursday May 4 and asked “when you would be coming out to complete the fence work?” ***** informed me that one of his workers family members passed away and he also had one of his employees else go out of town. I contacted you ***** on Friday May 12 asking if he could give me an update on when you can come out and ***** responded that your guys were out of town. ***** has still not come back out to fix my fence or reimburse me.
