This was an attempt to purchase/adopt a pet baby Timneh African Grey parrot from *********************** PetBirdBreeders.com. The agreement was to send 2 of 2 payments. I made 1 of 2 payments for $500, then had a family medical emergency and asked for a refund and to cancel the transaction. The recipient said a refund is only possible if I have problems with my bird, which I have not received.I'm glad I did not make the second payment.Initial Complaint

I bought a bird from this company the lady **** said to send her 300 dollars which paid for the bird and delivery. She said she said the bird to the delivery people to get shipped which they contacted me and said they needed another 180 to ship the bird property I told them no I didn't have no more money that I already paid my delivery already to the breader. I contacted the company and they don't answer me called or textes. I never got my bird I paid for. So I believe the company stold 300 dollars from me and I don't know what to do. I contacted this business thru email and texts, and ordered a pair of Love birds for $500 including shipping from Texas to my home in Pennsylvania: " Benjamin L****** Tue, Jul 19, 7:58 AM (10 days ago) to me: My lovely pair of Peach face lovebirds are 5 months old ,they are hand feed,tamed and DNA tested,they are very friendly, affectionate and have been trained to easily form a strong bond with their new owner or environment. Your address have been confirmed and your full shipping details will be sent to you later today once the shipping permit is ready. Also we will send you a hand booklet which will help quite you on their feeding and other daily activities." I paid thru Venmo. Once they recieved my initial payment, I was contacted by a "shipper" for them, stating I needed to pay an additional $295 for a special shipping container, that would be refunded once I received the birds and the container was returned to them. I paid that thru Venmo. Next day they sent me another "urgent" request for an additional $795 for insurance, at which point I figured I had been scammed, and requested all my money returned. Of course they never did, they wont answer any of my emails or texts, they declined my Venmo requests to have the money returned, and Venmo couldnt help me. The shipper info is as follows: Secretary Mrs. ANJEH J**** Customer Service ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** I have all the emails and text messages. What I dont have is my $800 back, which is what I want, and to make sure they dont do this to anyone else Please
