Trust all the reviews before you get scammed to. They are scammers. They are all in cahoots with each other. They don't have or srnd to your house any licensed agent. They lie AND ALWAYS GIVE BAD ESTIMATES PURPOSEFULLY TO RIP YOU OFF. FROM READING ALL THE COMPLAINTS, THEY RIP EVERYONE OFF. THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. As a matter of fact. They have an "F" RATING. GOD I wish I would have read these comments before they screwed me out of $600 and I'm fighting to get it back. Since they are in *****, they think they are untouchable. WRONG. Everything everyone is saying about him in these comments is true. They also sign contracts fraudulently so they can charge your credit card. RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE AND RUN A GAME ON PEOPLE LYING AND TAKING THEIR MONEY. DONT DONT DONT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD. THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE YOU FOR NO WORK. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. ****, ****, THE WOMAN THERE ARE ALL LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS. LOOK HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE WITH THE BBB. That speaks volumes. Since I'm forced to give them a rating, the lowest I could chose from was 1 star. They deserve ZERO STARS. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVETHAT. DO NOT USE. THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. YOU'LL END UP WITH MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS AND RIP OFF OF OVER $600. DONT GIVE THEM ANY CARD OR SIGN ANYTHING. THEY FORGE YOYR SIGNATURE TO BOGUS CONTRACTS. THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DUE TO ALL THIS FRAUD. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCREWED OVER BY THIS COMPANY, CONTACT THE BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT. ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL ALSO BE INVESTIGATING THEM SINCE COMPLAINTS OF FRAUD ARE NOW IN INVOLVED. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, I WAS FORCED, UNDER *******, TO GIVE THEM A STAR.

I contacted A1 Chimney 2 months ago to do an inspection. We had an appointment and the day before was informed they would need to reschedule. That was okay but what wasn't okay is when they called the day of the appointment, at the end of the appointment window and said we were outside their service area. I asked how that could be when I had verified with the office when I made the appointment? **** said he doesn't know but too bad, so sad we are not coming. I asked to speak to the owner and **** said that is not going to happen and hung up on me. I sent a text to ***** in the office who said they lost their service tech in my area and were not sure when they would have another. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I live in a rural area and it is difficult to get people to come here but the rudeness and the lack of professionalism was astounding. Do Not Call this Company.

On Nov 17, 2022, I had A1 Chimney come out to clean chimney. I have it cleaned every year and the office said that it would cost approximately $200 for inspection and cleaning. So a young man shows up representing A1 Chimney, takes one look at my chimney and claims it will cost more than the $200 quote. All he had with him was a tool box. No tarp, no vacuum. I told him to call the office to verify the quote but he refused. I informed him that my chimney is in good shape and cleaned every year and that I wouldn't pay more than the $200 plus tax. He tried to say my chimney needs more work then the quote but I knew it did not. I told him to take his stuff and leave. I called the office and told them they lost the sale because their tech thinks I'm stupid and is raising the price on my job. **** in their office looked up the job to see which tech it was and said he would talk to him. (Don't know what that would gain; they probably laughed it off.) If my chimney was a nightmare and it legitimately needed a more extensive cleaning, I would pay for it but it didn't. He was just trying to get more money for the job. They claim a 5 star rating based on over 500 reviews but that must be a lie based on what I saw. Does anyone have integrity anymore? DON'T HIRE A1 CHIMNEY. They misrepresent their service and their techs change the cost of the job at will. DON'T PAY IT AND THROW THEM OUT. DON'T ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.

I had problem with my gas furnace and the tech came to fix it. He pretend to fix things by tightening screws which was not necessary. He collected 237 dollars for it and he arranged logs. The arrangement of logs created lot of soot and the logs became so black. When I called them they are asking for more money to clean it as essentially this was their fault. Very bad service and never call them
